Income Certificate: Issued by a competent government authority (must be current/valid).
For Salary/Employed Parents: Salary certificate issued by the employer (for annual income up to ₹4 Lakhs).
For BPL Families: Copy of BPL Card / Ration Card.

Admission & Fee Details

Fee Receipt / Bonafide Certificate: Proof of current enrollment and annual tuition fees.
Merit Quota Certificate (Annexure VII): Required for Engineering, Medical, Diploma, Agriculture, and MBA students entering via government merit quota.

Bank & Personal Identity Details

Bank Passbook Copy: Photocopy showing account holder name, account number, and IFSC code.
Passport-Size Photo: Affixed on the official application form.

Declarations & Annexures

Non-Receipt of Other Scholarship Declaration (Annexure XI): Signed declaration certifying that the student is not receiving any other scholarship or fee reimbursement from other government or private sources.

Special Certificates (If Applicable)

Hostel Certificate (Annexure IV / IX): Signed by the Hostel Warden or Private Accommodation Owner and College Principal.
Disability Certificate: Issued by a competent medical authority for physically challenged students.
Ex-Servicemen / Widow Proof: Copy of PPO, Ex-Servicemen Widow I-Card, or Dependency Certificate.
Orphan Certificate: Death certificates of both parents.

അവസാന വർഷ പരീക്ഷയിൽ 60% മുകളിൽ മാർക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം
അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാർത്ഥിയുടെ കുടുംബ വാർഷിക വരുമാനം 4 ലക്ഷം രൂപയിൽ താഴെ ആയിരിക്കണം
അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന വിദ്യാർത്ഥിക്ക് 30 വയസ്സിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ടാവാൻ പാടില്ല
